I recently had the incredible opportunity to join a press trip to Walt Disney World with an amazing group of ladies. Living within driving distance makes it even better, and for years now, we’ve been proud annual passholders (which we personally pay for). We absolutely LOVE it!
It was such a joy to revisit old favorites while discovering some exciting new ones. Don’t miss the video I created at the end—it’s all about the magic of the happiest place on earth, which never fails to bring a smile to my face.
If you’re planning a trip to Walt Disney World, make sure to add Disney Springs to your itinerary. Previously known as Downtown Disney, it has undergone a remarkable transformation. If you haven’t been since the rebrand, you’ll be amazed by how much it has improved!
One of my new favorite spots is **Paddlefish**. Their lobster guacamole and lobster corn dogs were absolutely delicious! And don’t even get me started on the desserts—the brownie milkshake and key lime pie are must-tries.
At **The Ganachery**, they offer incredible made-to-order s’mores featuring chocolate ganache, housemade marshmallows, and gingerbread cookies. It’s perfection in every bite!
Other highlights include **Blaze Pizza**, where you can customize your pizza with unlimited toppings at a flat rate. The line can look long, but it moves quickly. For dessert, don’t miss **Amorette’s Patisserie**—their sweet treats are a must!

When it comes to shopping, Disney Springs is a dream. Some of my favorites include **Sugarboo**, **UNIQLO**, and the massive **World of Disney** store. I also love stopping by **Sephora**—I picked up the new Fenty makeup foundation during this visit!
One of the coolest experiences we had was visiting the **Holiday Warehouse**. Ever wonder how Disney sets up those spectacular Christmas trees during the holidays? They’re stored here, taken apart, and reassembled piece by piece—it’s fascinating!
Speaking of the holidays, I can’t get enough of the festive spirit at Walt Disney World. A couple of years ago, we spent Christmas Day at Hollywood Studios and absolutely loved it. The decorations and holiday atmosphere are truly magical.
Last year, I was thrilled to see the debut of the *Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!* show at Hollywood Studios. It was incredible, and I’m so happy it’s returning this year! This Thanksgiving, we’re planning to spend the weekend at Disney, and I couldn’t be more excited.
One of my favorite dining spots is **Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper Canteen**. I’ve been a few times now, and I’m obsessed with their whole fish and lamb chops.
Of course, no Disney trip is complete without a **Dole Whip**! I was so happy to see that you can now swirl the pineapple soft serve with vanilla again—it’s a classic.
For quick-service dining, I highly recommend **Columbia Harbour House**. It’s been a favorite of mine since I was a kid, and their lobster rolls and fish & chips never disappoint.
If you’re heading to the fireworks, consider getting a ticket for the Dessert Party—it includes a reserved area for the *Happily Ever After* show. I was sad to see *Wishes* go, but this new show is absolutely incredible!
Another highlight of my trip was visiting Pandora – The World of Avatar. The *Flight of Passage* ride is out of this world! It’s hard to get a FastPass, but it’s worth the effort. Honestly, it’s 100 times better than *Soarin’*. Just a heads-up—if you’re prone to motion sickness, this might not be the ride for you. You’ll feel like you’re flying on a banshee and fully immersed in the world of *Avatar*.
While at **Satu’li Canteen**, don’t miss the crispy fried tofu platter (be sure to ask for all the sauces!) and their blueberry cheesecake mousse—it’s amazing.
I also discovered a new favorite: **Tusker House Restaurant**. I tried their breakfast buffet for the first time, and it was fantastic! It features a mix of classic breakfast items and African- and Indian-inspired dishes.
During the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, I always look forward to trying new dishes. One of my long-time favorites is the grilled beef skewers with chimichurri sauce at the Patagonia marketplace. Over the years, I’ve also indulged in desserts from around the world. Stay tuned—I’ll be sharing my favorites from this year’s festival soon!
This was my first visit to **La Hacienda** in Epcot, and it lived up to the hype. My friend Shelly recommended it, and now I’m hooked. Be sure to try the short ribs and the horchata margarita—they’re fantastic!
I also adore **Animal Kingdom Lodge**. The restaurants there are amazing, and even the quick-service café is worth a visit—their blueberry muffins are to die for! Plus, each room comes with a wildlife spotting guide so you can track the animals right outside your window.
Disclosure: This trip was sponsored by Walt Disney World, but as always, all opinions are entirely my own. I only collaborate with brands I genuinely love!
