This recipe offers a fresh twist on traditional lasagna!

Sunday supper holds a special place in our home. I love preparing comforting meals that set a positive tone for the week. Whether we’re entertaining guests or just enjoying a family meal, we always prepare our meals together. With Bertolli Rustic Cut sauce, I can create a vegetable-rich dinner without spending hours in the kitchen.

I’m all about finding shortcuts, and using Bertolli sauces doesn’t feel like one. I love cooking with olive oil, and the sauce, which is lightly cooked with olive oil, has the perfect flavor!

Seeing and tasting vegetables in my pasta sauce is one of my favorite things, which is why I love using Bertolli® Rustic Cut Roasted Garlic Marinara with Garden Vegetables. It adds a gourmet touch to our Sunday supper!

Now, let’s get started on the lasagna roll-ups!

Great lasagna needs good ricotta cheese and an amazing sauce. I mix ricotta cheese with salt, pepper, chopped Italian parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Then, I add mozzarella cheese and mix until just combined. I spread Bertolli Rustic Cut Roasted Garlic Marinara with Garden Vegetables on the bottom of the baking dish to prevent the pasta from sticking.

I love the chunks of garlic in this marinara sauce! Here’s my quick method: lay out four lasagna noodles at a time, spread the ricotta mixture on them, roll them up, and place them seam side down in the dish. Assembling this lasagna recipe takes just minutes!

Pour more Bertolli Rustic Cut Roasted Garlic Marinara with Garden Vegetables over the lasagna roll-ups. This sauce is where I fell in love with the dish. Can you see the thick-cut vegetables?

I add a little water to the jar to ensure I use every last bit of sauce. Make sure all the lasagna noodles are covered. Top the rolls with more mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.

The result is beautiful! The Rustic Cut sauce is perfect! I wish you could join us for Sunday supper!
