Today, I have an incredible recipe to share with you from my friend Glory’s newest cookbook, “Glorious Layered Desserts.” You can purchase it directly from her or on Amazon. This book is packed with delightful layered desserts, including a scrumptious peanut butter mousse with chocolate cookie crumble that I recently made, as well as her chocolate coconut layered pudding and Nutella and banana trifle.
If you haven’t already discovered Glory’s website, Glorious Treats, you definitely need to check it out. She features stunning desserts and treats like Lemon Cream Puffs with Fresh Fruit, Chocolate Molten Lava Cakes, and the gorgeous Pink Ombre Swirl Cake.
I can’t praise this cookbook enough and highly recommend it! Glory and I have been friends for several years, and I am truly grateful to call her a great friend. She has such a kind heart and even surprised me with some of her delightful creations on my birthday this year. We first met during a brand press trip to Wilton and have remained friends ever since. A couple of years ago, I was traveling somewhat close to where she lives and suggested meeting up. I took a train to San Francisco, and she drove three hours to meet me. She spent the day showing me around her favorite spots in San Francisco—it was incredibly thoughtful of her, and we had an amazing time together! (The photo is from our time in SF in February 2012.)
When Glory told me last year about her cookbook project, I was overjoyed! A few months ago, she shared a preview copy with me, and I was thrilled and proud of her accomplishment. As I browsed through the book deciding on a recipe to make and share, it was a tough choice, but I eventually settled on the peanut butter and chocolate combination. It’s a match made in heaven, and I’m seriously obsessed with this recipe—the peanut butter mousse is simply divine. I had to stop myself from eating it all!
Don’t miss out on the chance to win Glory’s cookbook—I’m personally hosting a giveaway. Also, make sure to grab your own copy of “Glorious Layered Desserts” either here or on Amazon.
Disclosure: Glory is a dear friend and sent me a signed copy of her cookbook with no obligation to post about it. I’m sharing it with you purely because I genuinely love it. This post contains affiliate links.
