This book is packed with delightful layered desserts, including the peanut butter mousse with chocolate cookie crumble that I’ve made, as well as her chocolate coconut layered pudding and Nutella banana trifle!

I can’t recommend this cookbook enough—it’s truly spectacular. I’ve known Glory for several years, and I’m lucky to call her a close friend. She’s incredibly sweet, kind-hearted, and generous; she even sent me some delightful treats for my birthday this year. We first met during a brand press trip to Wilton, and we’ve been friends ever since. A couple of years ago, I was visiting an area somewhat near her home and expressed my desire to meet up. I traveled by train to San Francisco, and she kindly drove three hours to meet me, showing me around her favorite spots. Spending the day exploring San Francisco with her was wonderful and thoughtful, and we had such a great time! (The photo captures our memorable day in SF in February 2012.)
When Glory announced her plans to write a cookbook last year, I was over the moon with excitement! She gave me a sneak peek several months ago, and I couldn’t be happier or prouder of her achievements.
Choosing a recipe to make and share from her cookbook was quite the challenge, but I finally settled on the peanut butter and chocolate mousse. You can never go wrong with that combination! I’m absolutely smitten with this recipe—the peanut butter mousse is truly divine, and I had to resist devouring it all myself!
